Irish of Whitesville, New York, born in Wellsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 17, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sluyter and Pauline Confer Sluyter; and her former husband Luther Tarr. She is survived by: her husband Cecil; her daughters, Tisha Tarr (Jamie Lewis) of Whitesville and Christy Waters (Chris) of Whitesville; her grandchildren, Jessica, Rebekah, Ethan, Drew, Owen, Tyler and Olivia; her sister Shirley Cornish of Troopsburg; and her nephew Jan Sluyter (Gloria) of Bolivar.
