He was predeceased by: his parents, William Adam and Victoria Sabin Denhoff; his wife Jeanette Webster; and his siblings, Elizabeth Harding, William Denhoff, Jr., Kathryn Grom, Sophia Snyder, James L. Denhoff, Franklin Denhoff and Levi Denhoff.
He is survived by: his son David A. Denhoff of Rexville, NY. He is also survived by several grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
