She was predeceased by: her parent Fred Forrest; her son John A. Carlosh Jr.; and her siblings, Helen Hampston and Robert Forrest. She is survived by: her parent Bertha Forrest (Hines); her spouse John Carlosh; her daughter Nancy Meehan; her son-in-law William Meehan Sr.; her grandchildren, William Meehan Jr (Margeurite), Wendy Swain (Shawn), Joseph Meehan (Darleen), Cheryl Brimmer (Daniel) and John Carlosh (Kristen); her great grandchildren, Forest, Amanda, Thomas, Dillon, Sylvia and Madeline; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Nate and Mackenzie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
