It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles D. Stout (Whitesville, New York), born in Wellsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 27, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald C. Stout and Ethel Patterson Stout; his sister Elnora Fanton (Dale) of Wellsville; his stepfather William Foster; his son Gordon Stout; his sister Barbara; and his brother-in-law Roy Lawton.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Plank; his children, Derek Stout (Christina), Jennifer Gadson (Robert) and Rebecca Adams (Torrence); his stepchildren, Patrick Harrison (Brenda) of Corning, Jeremy Harrison of Whitesville, James Harrison (Angie) of Corning and Amy Harrison (Travis Mitchell); and his siblings-in-law, Jack Plank (Pat) of Campbell and Bonnie Saltzer of Prattsburg. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
