Vallance E. DeVisser Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vallance E. DeVisser of Whitesboro, New York, born in Rome, New York, who passed away on August 18, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene DeVisser and Marion DeVisser (Collins); his wife Sandra Zitko; his daughter Michelle DeVisser; his grandchildren, Erica LaLone Gainey and Tyler LaLone (Haley); his great grandchildren, Bryson Gainey and Levi LaLone; and also, Lauren Owens (Bernard) and Eric Wightman (Patricia). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
