She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Horn and Albert Horn; her husband Richard M. Simpson; her siblings, Frances Davidson, Allena Curkendall and Albert Horn; and her stepson Alan Simpson.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Simpson (Mary), Leana Simpson, Laura McNally (Michael Rossi), Donna Osterndorff (John) and Clark Mills; her grandchildren, Michael Simpson (Katie), Cory Rivera (Angel), Brandon Gonser (Brittney), Cody Gonser (Alina), Tylynn Webster, Zackary McNally (Shaina Maine) and Ally McNally; and her stepgrandchildren, Bobby Simpson, Tracy White, Tessa Simpson, Aaron Simpson and Lane Simpson. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
