She is survived by: her husband Stephen Zabek; her children, Sandra Hensel (Lawton Bruce) of Punta Gorda, FL., Joan Thompson of Decatur, AL., Stephen Zabek (Tammy) of Phoenix, AZ. and Richard Zabek (Tracy) of Oriskany; her grandchildren, Alicia Leudtke (Frank), Gina Martinez (Jeffrey), Zachary Zabek (Christina), Mathew Zabek (Amy), Sarah Doti (Joe), Andrea Natoli (Derek), Kyla Zabek and Kameron Zabek; her great grandchildren, Zackary, Nicholas, Piper, Scott, Sadie, Mila, Ilaria, Rosalie, Addison and Dominick; and her brother Stanley Mitura.
