She is survived by: her father Daniel Pugh Sr. of North Carolina; her husband William J Higgins of Whitesboro; her mother Sherry Pelton of Whitesboro; her children, Cortney Green of Ireland, Ezra Romanov of New Jersey, Marsadie Amberg of Rome, NY and Matthew Pelton of Eufala, AL.; her stepchildren, Rachel Higgins of Holland Patent and William R. Higgins of Rome, NY.; her sister Elaine Pugh of Whitesboro; and her uncles, Guy Miles, Rick Miles and Randy Miles. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
