Skinner of Whitesboro, New York, born in Herkimer, New York, who passed away on March 9, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram J. Skinner and Leanor Skinner (Helmer). He is survived by: his wife Mary Kitts Skinner; his daughters, Melanie, Cynthia and Sarah; his granddaughter Victoria Leogrande; his grandchild-in-law Christian Leogrande; his grandchildren, Samuel Roger Jay "RJay" Lamanna IV and Sarah (Michael Demarse); his great grandchild Brady Elias Demarse; his sisters, Carol Ann Dingman (Ken) of Winter Garden, FL. and Marie Guerra (Vincent); and his close friend Lou Gimelli. He is also survived by nieces, great-nephews, and many cousins who Roger considered dear friends.
