He is survived by: his significant other Kathleen Poccia; his children, Klarissa Karas and Michael Karas; his daughter-in-law Tara Karas (DeMatteo); his brother Frank Karas; his sister-in-law Wendy; his stepsons, Rich and Tony; his daughter-in-law Shauna; his grandchildren, Aurora, Alana, Evan and Kian; and his nieces and nephews, Adrian, Susan, Joseph, Lily Bartholomeo, John, Jenifer, Benjamin, Lincoln Bartholomeo, Peter, Christina, Connor, Lincoln Campbell, Frances, Elias Zeina and Francis Karas, II.
