He is survived by: his parents, Jack Hart and Lee Rajaniemi Hart; his wife Tammy Bowen; his children, Ashley Hart (Joel), Ethan and Jacob Hart; his grandchildren, Elsie and Valencia; and his brother Bart Hart (Sky). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
