Richard G. Bliss Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard G. Bliss of Whitesboro, New York, who passed away on January 9, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Bliss and Marian Bliss. He is survived by: his wife Gloria J. Smith; his children, Rick Bliss (Deborah) and Reneé Ann; his grandsons, Ryan Bliss (Abigail) and Aaron Bliss; and his brother Theodore Bliss (Evelyn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
