He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Springer and Elizabeth Springer (Ernst); his daughter Mary; his siblings, Rita Linck (George) and Robert Springer; and his siblings-in-law, Aurelia Zoellner, Emma Looft, Ruth Evans, Nancy Pollard, Lewis, Howard, Theodore, George, William, Robert and Herbert Clarke.
He is survived by: his wife Edna M. Clarke; his daughters, Judith Bowen (Timothy) of Woodbridge, VA and Diane Siembab (Kevin); his grandchildren, Ryan Bowen, Colin Bowen, Kelly Kruse (Ryan) and Teal Marie (Thomas); his great grandchildren, Paige, Hunter Bowen and Thomas "Kash"; and his siblings-in-law, Doris Springer, Leila Hillman, Helena Clarke and Val Pollard.
