He was predeceased by: his father Richard; and his sister-in-law Terrianne Smith Knight. He is survived by: his spouse Sally Smith O'Callaghan; his parent Mary O'Callaghan; his sibling Johanna M. Corrigan (Tim Leo); his parents-in-law, Marion Smith and Ben Smith; his siblings-in-law, Ben Smith (Janet St Aubin), Laurie Smith Wasserstein and David Knight; and his close friends, Paul Shea, Deborah Shea and Adam Partyka. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
