She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Edward T. Gaffney; and her brother Halbert D. Stevens. She is survived by: her children, Mary Anne Gaffney (Matthew Meyer) of Matunuck, Edward David Gaffney of Norwalk, CT, Robert Andrew Gaffney of Utica, NY and Thomas Stevens Gaffney (Laurie Wilkinson) of Sandwich, MA.; her grandchildren, Alison Meyer, Amanda Meyer, Natalie Meyer, Andrew Meyer, Matthew Meyer, Thomas Meyer, Sullivan Gaffney, Iris Gaffney and Ginger Gaffney; her brother William R. Stevens (Elizabeth) of Rome, NY; and her sister-in-law Cathy Stevens of Utica, NY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
