Marcia E. Martin Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marcia E. Martin of Whitesboro, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 8, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Boise and Elizabeth Boise (White); her significant other Wayne Martin; and her brother Mark Boise. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Beth Scalzo (John) and Diane LoGalbo (Frank) of St. Augustine; her nieces and nephews, Mary Ellen Giuliani (Joe), Denise Dickson Darin (Rich), Brooke (Alec), Theresa Havlick Nick (John), Mark G. Boise (Sabrina), Ryan Boise (Marietta) and Chuck Kindig (Kate); her close friends, Barb Galvin, Jerry Capraro, Terry Gould, John White (Lynda), McKenzie, Marilyn Foucart and Vicky Alexandra (Jack); her sisters, Maura La Due (Ron), Anne Piersma, Mady and Schuyler Commons; and her friend Marcia. She is also survived by her daughter's and granddaughter's, Marcia leaves behind her family and dear friends; cherished sister.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dimbleby Funeral Homes - Whitesboro (40 Main St, Whitesboro, NY 13492). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Historic Old St. John's Church (240 Bleecker St, Utica, NY 13501).
