He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth W. Schmidt and Katherine Schmidt Sr. (Withers); and his sister Eleanor Schmidt. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Schmidt of Whitesboro; his children, Kelley Przypek (Steven) of North Carolina, Kenneth W. Schmidt III, Karen Davis (Daniel) of Yorkville and Kyle Schmidt (Paige); his grandchildren, Noah, Laurel, Avery, Kayleigh, Keegan and Oakley; and his brothers, Alan Schmidt of Ballston Spa and Randy Schmidt of Utica. He is also survived by his many family members and friends.
