She was predeceased by: her father Dr. Anthony Sainz. She is survived by: her mother Julia Sainz (Cunningham) of Whitesboro; her daughter Jordan Amber MacCammon; her close friend Donald Moore; and her siblings, Michele Eberley of Whitesboro, Patricia Bernard of New Jersey, Lori Scibior of Whitesboro and John Splain of North Carolina. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
