He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Novak and Helen Novak (Shorter); his sister Sharon McNally; his nephew Joe McNally; and his close friend Bob Miller.
He is survived by: his sisters, Kathleen Olite (Jerry) and Laurie Hanson; and his nieces and nephews, Krista MaHaney (Gabriel Gonzalez), Gianna Gonzalez, Kelly Jones (Michael), Steve McNally (Teri) and Ron McNally (Amanda). He is also survived by his sisters and many nieces and nephews.
