It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John M. Bacon of Whitesboro, New York, born in Clinton, New York, who passed away on June 27, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bacon and Grace Spencer Bacon; his wife Sally Ann Whitacre; and also, Stephen Bacon and Eugene Bacon.
He is survived by: his children, Joe Bacon (Jeanne) and Beth Hoff (Jim) of Rockton, IL; his grandsons, James Hoff (Kathryn) of Portland, MA and Jonathan Hoff of Chicago, IL; and his siblings, Grace Bacon of Latham, NY and Daniel Bacon (Mary) of Clinton, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
