Hensel of Whitesboro, New York, born in Utica, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 8, 2024 at the age of 99. He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Follett; his children, Richard Hensel, Jill Wagner (Bruce), Mary-Lynn Hemberger (Mike), Nancy Peters (Mark), John Hensel and Mark Hensel (Sandy); his grandchildren, Tom Wagner (Sara), Kristyn Leon (Brad), Brian Wagner (Kristin), Jeff Hensel, Joe Hensel (Heather), Chris Hensel (Sarah), Kevin Hemberger (Jacki Vitta), Stephen Hemberger (Haesol Won), Meghan Peters, Sean Peters (Laura Vasquez), Jenna Hensel (Grant Moore), Jack P. Hensel, Sam Hensel, Colin Hensel (Stephanie) and Jennifer Wilson (Bryson); his great grandchildren, Graham, Adam, Jack, Haley, Audrey, Claire, Addison, Hannah, Julia, Harrison, Ophelia and Lindsey; and his niece Barbara Evans. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, friends, neighbors.
