It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Brian Evanowsky (Whitesboro, New York), born in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 11, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bertha Evanowsky (Yancofsky) and John Evanowsky; his mother-in-law Elaine; his wife Elaine Evanowsky (Smetana); his sons, John Evanowsky (Nancy) and Scott Evanowsky; his granddaughters, Sarah Lange, Alyssa Evanowsky and Kailey Evanowsky; his sisters, Cheryl Long (Sam) and Cynthia Miskinis (George); his siblings-in-law, Ann Krusinsky, Michael Smetana (Janet) and Mark Smetana; and his nieces and nephews, Kevin Long (Chrissy), Jeff Long (Jennifer), Jenny Raimondo (Scott), Gabrielle Miskinis, Gregory Miskinis (Megan), Michelle Smetana, Kelly Fada (Max), Lauren Smetana, Edward Krusinsky (Raina), David Krusinsky (Michele) and Justin Ryan (Susie).
