He was predeceased by: his parents, Antoni Penc and Agata Penc (Gawel); his spouse Marion "Mindy" Greczkowski; his daughter Jill; and his siblings, Frank, Stanley, Aneila Edwards (Nellie), Julia Ray and Helen Sobocienski.
He is survived by: his son John; his daughter-in-law Linda Penc of Deerfield; his grandchildren, Lauren Buttenschon of Marcy and Jordan Penc of Whitesboro; his great grandchild Addalie Buttenschon; and his daughter Renee Kopek (Kevin). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
