Palmer of Whitesboro, New York, born in Utica, New York, who passed away on June 18, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Joseph O'Hare; and her brothers, Paul and Glenn O'Hare. She is survived by: her husband Willard C. Palmer (Bill); her children, Michael Palmer of Ithaca, Brian Palmer (Mia) of Barneveld and Karen Carpenter (Mike) of Floyd; and her grandchildren, Connor, Patrick Carpenter, Madison Palmer, Matthew and William Palmer.
