We are sad to announce that on June 25, 2020, at the age of 85, James W. Howe (Whitesboro, New York), born in Holland Patent, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude and Edith Howe Sr. (Coleman); his siblings, June Graham, Shirley Smallwood, Janet Heaney, Patricia Perry, Claude Jr., Arthur, Paul and Leroy; and his niece Kimberly Inman.
He is survived by: his brother Ronald; and his sisters-in-law, Marcia Howe, Phyllis, Bela, Reggie and Elaine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
