With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James F. Hover Jr. of Whitesboro, New York, born in Cohoes, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 9, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Hover and Kathryn Hover; his daughter Laurie; and his son-in-law Earl "Duke" Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Eileen of Patrick's Church; his daughters, Leslie Wheeler of Stittville and Cathryn Walker (Robert) of Stittville; his grandchildren, James Wheeler (Andrea) of Copenhagen, Erica Wheeler of Stittville and Hannah Lasher (Joshua) of Floyd; his great grandchildren, Maddison, Chase, Hudson Wheeler, Bennett and Myla Lasher; his sister Janie Czajkowski; and his nephews, Steven (Tina) of Virginia and James (Laura) of Virginia.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Stittville Fire Department, envelopes will be made available at the funeral home.
