It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Charles Hazeltine Sr. of Whitesboro, New York, who passed away on November 29, 2020, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel A. Hazeltine and Dorothy Head Hazeltine; and his grandparents, Joseph, Zerena Head, Lambert (Walt) and Ethel Hazeltine.
He is survived by: his fiancé Jerrilyn Curriere of Whitesboro; his children, Victoria Hazeltine (Azeir Thomas), Jayme Hazeltine (William Phillips), James Charles Hazeltine, Jr. (Bernice Robinson), Amanda Mackey (Jeff) and Gerald Testa (Scoop); his grandchildren, Edward Clark, William Jr., Connor James and Declyn Phillips; his siblings, Debra Hazeltine, Rena Hazeltine, Kim Chapple, Joe Hazeltine and Sandy Hazeltine; his close friend Janet L. Herbowy; and the mother of his children Candace Johnstone. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins and close friends.
