He was predeceased by: his former wife Rosie; his parents, Frank Percacciante and Louise Percacciante (Clarke); his sisters, Lois Percacciante and Linda Zdanowicz; and his brothers-in-law, James Comenale, Fred J. Grimaldi, Jr. and Nurse Practitioner Sally O'Callaghan.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Ferrese; his sons, Frank T. (Rebecca Percacciante) and Jeffrey M. "Jeff" Percacciante; his granddaughter Ella Rose; his close friend Laura Bedford; his sister Carol Comenale; his parents-in-law, John, Diane Zdanowicz, Marie Grimaldi, Jeanne, Thomas Zdanowicz, Kathleen, Budd Osborn and Donna Ferrese; his friend Nick Crane; and also, Davis and Sean Bedford. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, goddaughter, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins.
