He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Gubbins; his children, Constance Race Schroth (John), Bruce Race (Joanne), William "Bill" Race, Edward Race (Kimberly) and Floyd; his grandchildren, Jack, Sarah, Cormac, Hannora, Cassia, Madelyn, Everet, Nicholas and Morgan; his siblings, Ilene Friot, Ruby Gates Parshley (Dean) and Gilbert Race (Shirley); and his sister-in-law Rose Race.
