He was predeceased by: his son Michael O'Toole; his brothers, Tom O'Toole and Marie O'Toole; his sister-in-law Robert O'Toole; his sister Maureen Cieslak; and his brothers-in-law, Fred Kulakowski and Harry McEntee.
He is survived by: his parents, Stanley O'Toole and Cecelia O'Toole (Weber); his wife Janet; his daughters-in-law, Brian and Bridget O'Toole of McLean, VA; his grandchildren, Molly, Patrick, John, Maggie O'Toole of Ashburn, VA, Kate and Kelly; and his sisters-in-law, Mickey O'Toole of Utica, Edmund, Elaine Kulakowski of Pompano Beach, FL, Terry Kulakowski, Hopewell, Phyllis Fenton, Jack, Janet Kulakowski, Clay, Eleanor, Tony Ciancio, Whitesboro, Irene McEntee and Odenton, MD. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
