He is survived by: his mother Darleen; his sons, Tristan and Jeremy; the mother of his children Kristen; his sister Annissa (John); his niece Amanda; his nephew Anthony; and his friends, Brandi and Morgan. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
