He is survived by: his father Harry McGowan; his son John; his daughter-in-law Adriana McGowan of Los Angeles, CA; his daughter Eileen McGowan of Whitesboro; his grandchildren, Katelyn Flanders, Reagan and Riley McGowan; his brother Patrick; his sister-in-law Marilyn McGowan of Oriskany; his sister Claudette; and his brother-in-law Richard Jones of Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
