Charles L. Foil Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2023, at the age of 96, Charles L. Foil of Whitesboro, New York, born in Utica, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Foil and Beatrice Hyde Foil; his wife Genevieve Wojcik (Connie); his grandchildren, Sabrina Fandino of Utica, Ronald Scardina Jr. (Jean) of Connecticut, Dr. Eric Scardina MD (Dayler De Castro), Francis Fandino of Utica and Rocco LiVigni of Whitesboro; and his children, Donna Scardina and Ronald Scardina Sr.. He was also cherished by eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter.
