He was predeceased by: his parents, Casper Mitura and Anna Mitura (Malec); his wife Sandra Casalett; his daughter Gail; his siblings, Josephine Perrone (George), Frank (Mary), Wanda Zabek (Joseph), Joseph (Mafelda) and Edward; and his brothers-in-law, Steve Zabek and Donald Casalett.

He is survived by: his children, Susan Ogiba (Joseph) and Paul (Allision); his grandchildren, Andrew and Avery; and his siblings, Stanley and Sadie Zabek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Benjamin W. Mitura 89, of Whitesboro died peacefully Friday, on October 2nd 2020 at Saint Elizabeth's Medical Center in Utica, due to COVID 19.
