She is survived by: her mother Gertrude Briggs Hovey of Marcy, NY; her friends, Kristen, Sue, Maria, Liz, Marge and Pauline; her children, Marina Hovey Novaes and Alan Hovey Novaes; the father of her children Fernando Sergio Ribeiro Novaes; her grandson Lincoln; her siblings, Linda, William Schmitt of Whitesboro, NY, Ronald, Heather Hovey of Holland Patent, NY, Roger and Melissa Hovey of Deerfield, NY; her nieces and nephews, Michael Schmitt, Amara Emmons (Ryan), Adam Hovey (Taylor), Austin Hovey (Katlynn Savage), Anna Lichtenberger, Matthew Hovey, Sean Hovey (Gabby Pugliese), Sarah Hovey, Leticia Novaes, Alice Novaes, Carolina Novaes and Luiza Novaes; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Leila, Chase, Addy Emmons, Brayden Hopkins, Harrison and Nora Schmitt; her aunts and uncles, Mary Klumbach, John, Peg Barry, Martin Quinn and Robert Hovey (Susan Davis); her close friend Bobby Klumbach; and her goddaughter Jasmine Monroe. She is also survived by friends and cousins, especially noting her cousin.
