It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Welch (Whitehall, New York), born in Glens Falls, New York, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William and Grace Longtin (Gloria Wells); and his aunt Marita DeGraff. He is survived by: his sister Deborah O'Rourke (Daniel O'Rourke); his aunt Marion; his uncle Michael Downey; and his pets, Maggie, Willie and Smokey. He is also survived by several cousins and nephews.
