He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy and Stephen; and his sister Gloria Rich. He is survived by: his wife Jean Vladyka (Lowell); his daughter Teresa Jero (John) of Fort Anne, NY; his grandchildren, Taylor and Diana; his daughter Sharon Shoemaker (Tom) of Southborough, MA; his grandchildren, Thomas, Margaret Ann and Joseph; his siblings, Shirley Poalino (Concetto), Anna Carruth of Shrewsbury, VT, Joe Vladyka of Florida and Larry Vladyka (Shirley) of Benson, VT; and his brother-in-law Wayne Rich of Shrewsbury, VT..
Due to NYS COVID-19 regulations, masks are mandatory and to be worn at all times, inside the funeral home and the church.
