She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew J. Kasuba and Theresa Mae Kasuba (Edwards); and her brothers, Ronald Kasuba and John Michael Kasuba. She is survived by: her husband Henry R. Chittenden of Whitehall; her children, Brandon Henry Chittenden and Dawn (Frank D. Usher III) of Whitehall; her siblings, Andrew Frederick of Rutland, Vt., Charles Arthur of Alabama, Stanley Axle (Patricia Kasuba) of Whitehall and Penny Sue Socha (Ron Emmons) of Connecticut; her grandchildren, Rhiannon Marie (Brian Mallory), Brianna Sue Usher, Michael Jason, Melanie Faith and Lucas Michael Vandenburgh; her great grandchildren, Aubrey Chittenden and Maddison McKee; and her aunts, Maisie Gebo and Dorothy E. LaRose. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
