He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Newell and Aileen M. Newell (Grogan); his grandson Tylor McGuinness; and his brother-in-law Brian Justice. He is survived by: his wife Edna Newell (Hunsdon); his children, Tammy Huestis (Dave), Nicole Hughes (Neil), Jamie Newell and Ryan Newell (Shannon); his siblings, Jack Newell, Alan Newell (Jill) and Patricia Justice; his grandchildren, Caleb DeLaire (Chelsea), Shelby DeLaire (Tyler Condit), Brandon, Jayden Hughes, Cody Newell, Jillian Pepe-Newell, Zachary Newell, Travis Huestis (Elizabeth), Austin Huestis (Ashley) and Janelle Huestis; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Charlotte, Adeline, Vincent, Zoey, Zane Huestis, Chloe and Austin DeLaire.
