Neil Speer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Neil Speer (Whitehall, New York), who passed away on December 6, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Speer and Lillie May Speer; his wife Patricia Boswell; and his siblings, Shirley Selser, Ruth Pruden, Harvey and Alan.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Charpentier, Peggy Gordon (Mark), Frank Speer (Lori) and Jody Speer (Terry). He is also survived by his 4 children, 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, as well as numerous nephews and nieces.
