With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melanie Chapin of Whitehall, New York, who passed away on March 10, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Morse and Dorothy Morse (Parrot); and her brothers-in-law, Alan Rozell, Robert Parker and Richard Gould, Sr..
She is survived by: her sons, Bobby Chapin and Brad (BJ); her grandson Joey Chapin; her great grandchildren, Lily and Lorielei; and her sisters, Nancy Gould (Whitehall) and Alice Parker (Poultney). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations can be mailed directly to the Jillson Funeral Home to help her family fulfill her last wishes and defray the cost of her services.
