He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn; his children, Karen (Mark), Patricia (Tim), John (Cherie) and Thomas (Melia); his grandchildren, Kelley (Greg), Heather, Mark Jr., David (Jenn), Ashley (Dan), Kerrie, Courtney (Tommy), Travis (Lindsey), Lindsey (Tyler), Brittany (Travis), Zachary (Lyka), Jedd (Joelle), Paige (James), Caitlyn, Ryan and Daniel (Courtney); his great grandchildren, Julian (Lexi), Harper, John, Jax, Lachlann, Quinn, Roemi, Thomas, Graysen, Cameron, Jonathan, Sophia, Jaxson, Xander, Henley, Hayden, Ethan, Jack, Sydney and Declan; and his caregivers, JaneEllen Kingsley, Pam Woodard and Carrie Latrell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
