He was predeceased by: his daughter Elise A. Stark; his granddaughter Samantha E. Streeter; and his siblings, Roberta Fraiser, Francis Loiselle and Roscoe Stark.
He is survived by: his daughter Brenda Streeter (Jon); his grandson Christopher; his son Herbert Stark (Christine); his grandson Keanan; his daughters, Michelle Stark and Tricia Stark; his sisters, Beatrice Stark and Toni Stark; and his sister-in-law June Stark. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
