It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Leo Palmer of Whitehall, New York, born in Cambridge, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Palmer and Dorothy Palmer (Hayes); his daughter Adrianne; and his brother William "Bud" Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Carole; his children, Stephen, Pamela, Joseph and Amanda; his grandchildren, Karl, Nathaniel Palmer, Hayden Miller, Bailey Daigle, Savanah and Timothy Lotz; his great grandchildren, Penelope, Cecilia, Finnegan and Eloise; and his siblings, Margot, Pamela, James and Dorothy Jean "DJ".
