With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Chirstine Denise Orellana of Whitehall, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 4, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Chirstine farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Chirstine is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dolores Fafard and Bertrand Fafard; and her daughter Bianca.

“Due to nature of what Christine was made to endure throughout the early years of her life, she & her daughter had chosen to EMANCIPATE herself from the "family." Winds of nostalgia do not nor ever will erase the pain suffered nor will it include a wave of forgetfulness. A letter written & sent in 2001 to one member of their family, it initiated the cutoff from the toxicity that dogged her and her daughter's lives. She always hated the name "Chrissy" & please understand the word emancipation.”
