She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dolores Fafard and Bertrand Fafard; and her daughter Bianca.

“Due to nature of what Christine was made to endure throughout the early years of her life, she & her daughter had chosen to EMANCIPATE herself from the "family." Winds of nostalgia do not nor ever will erase the pain suffered nor will it include a wave of forgetfulness. A letter written & sent in 2001 to one member of their family, it initiated the cutoff from the toxicity that dogged her and her daughter's lives. She always hated the name "Chrissy" & please understand the word emancipation.”
