He was predeceased by: his father John Bello. He is survived by: his mother Frances Bello; his wife Jean; his sons, John (Katie), Paul (Kate) and Peter (Robin); his grandchildren, Emma, Brian, Colin, Samuel, Cooper, Declan, Henry, Jacob and Liam; his brothers, Robert (Candice Bello) and John (Elysia Bello); and his in-laws, Anne Bretones (James), John Lolis, Rosemarie Lolis and Leonard Lolis (Charlene). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Calendar Ballard-Durand Funeral & Cremation Services (2 Maple Ave, White Plains, NY 10601). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church (920 Mamaroneck Ave, White Plains, NY 10605). A burial was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to Meals on Wheels of White Plains, Feeding Westchester or White Plains Beautification Foundation.
