He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie; his son Nick (Anna Kralik); his grandchildren, Nicole Geradi, Noelle, Chris Mathews, Danielle and Nick Kralik IV; and his sister Suzane (Joseph Steiner). He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Alzheimer's Association.
