She was predeceased by : her husbands, Michael Hurley and James Egan. She is survived by : her children, Michelle D'Arcy (Kevin), Michael Hurley (Megan), Tim Hurley (Carey) and James; her stepchildren, Pam (Joe) and Tim (Betsy); and her grandchildren, Tess, Kaleigh, Colin, Sheamus, Lily, Charlotte, Michael, McKenzie, Declan, Joey, Christopher, Thomas, Timothy and Jack.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McMahon, Lyon & Hartnett Funeral Home, Inc. (491 Mamaroneck Ave, White Plains, NY 10605). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church (920 Mamaroneck Ave, White Plains, NY 10605).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Mary Lee's name to MisFit ResQ Inc., whose mission is to find homes for animals that have been rescued, rehabilitated, and relocated.
