Kevin C. Morehouse Obituary
Kevin Christopher Morehouse, a lifetime White Plains resident died November 27, 2023. He was 51.
Kevin was born in White Plains on December 6, 1971, attended White Plains public schools where he enjoyed playing soccer and especially baseball. He graduated in 1990.
On September 24, 2010 he married his wife Joyce at St. Bernard's Church in White Plains. He lived in the family home of his great grandparents, grandparents and mother on Rathbun Avenue.
Blessed since childhood with a charismatic personality, Kevin's charming and friendly demeanor endeared him to everyone. His big heart enabled him to love greatly. He loved all animals, especially his two pit bulls, Bolt and Big Red, and his many cats which led him to establish a cat rescue organization along with his wife, Joyce. He loved his family and was looking forward to the birth of his first grandchild next year.
Kevin is survived by his wife, Joyce, his mother, Marie L. Van Duyne, his father, Alan B. Morehouse, wife Kelly; and his siblings, Diane M. Harding and her husband Jack of Hillsborough, NJ, and their children, John, Samantha and Brendan, his brother, Alan J. Morehouse and his wife Danaly of White Plains, NY and their daughter Marley; his brother, Robert Morehouse, his wife Katherine, and his sister Kimberly Stoll, her husband Erik and nieces and nephews. Also, surviving are his stepchildren, Sydney Bosko, of Hillsdale, NY, Cheyenne Clough and her husband Eric of East Greenbush, NY and Kaylee Kline of Harlem, NY, along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
For Kevin, as much love as he gave, he received. He was truly well-loved by his family and friends. Our loss is immeasurable but so is the love you've left behind.
