He was predeceased by: his father Nicholas Libertella; and his siblings, Nicholas and Grace. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Fusillo; his sister Deborah; his daughters, Trista and Nicole; his grandson Brady James; his sister-in-law Mary Ellen (Nicky); his niece Kelsey; his nephew Joey; his fiancée Kathy Triolo; his sons, Dominick, Nicholas, Michael and Christopher; and also, Luna and Rudy. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

In Lieu of flowers you may contribute to The American Cancer Society or to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
